How Can I Get My Invoices for Subscription?

Kindly note that all payment validation and processing is done by 2Checkout. There are two ways of viewing your invoices: directly in TMetric and in 2Checkout. 

To view subscription invoices in TMetric

1. Go to the Subscription page.
2. On the Overview tab, you will see the Invoice History section. 
3. In this section, you will see a list of all your subscription invoices.

To view invoices in 2Checkout

1. Log into your 2Checkout account.
2. In the Orders Overview list, click the required order number. 
3. On the View details for order screen, you can see an invoice for your subscription.
