Why does a report display less time than is actually tracked?

This can happen if the timer is running while the report is being generated. When you stop it, the duration of an active time entry will be added to a report.

In the Team Summary reports, you can see the users who have an active timer at the moment. A green dot next to a user name means that this user has the timer running.
