How to Use Time Tracking In Slack
TMetric can be only integrated with a web version of Slack. The TMetric extension you've installed adds the Start timer button into a Slack message.
Time Tracking in Slack. How it works
In the channel list, select the one you need. Hover your cursor over the required message. You will see the Start timer button on the pop-up menu.
Clicking the Start timer button will create a time entry in TMetric. The time logged in Slack will be displayed on the Time page. A created time entry can be edited. You can change the name of the task, a project, and the tags of the issue.
In TMetric, you can easily create a report and send an invoice to your client to get paid for the work you've done.
