An eligible payment for commission occurs when a new customer, referred through your unique referral link, subscribes to any of TMetric's paid plans, including both monthly and annual subscriptions. Commissions are earned upon the successful payment by the referred customer.
Examples:
- New Organization Subscription:
You share your referral link with a company that doesn't have a TMetric account. They sign up and subscribe to the Professional Plan for 10 users on an annual basis. This initial payment qualifies as an eligible payment, and you'll earn a commission based on the total amount paid.
- Existing Free User Upgrade:
An existing TMetric user on the free plan clicks your referral link and upgrades their workspace to a paid Business Plan for 5 users. This upgrade is considered an eligible payment, and you'll receive a commission based on their payment.
Non-Eligible Payments:
- Additional Seat Purchases:
A referred organization initially subscribes to a paid plan for 10 users, for which you earn a commission. Later, they add 5 more users to their subscription. The payment for these additional seats does not qualify for additional commissions.
- Plan Upgrades:
A referred customer upgrades from the Professional Plan to the Business Plan after their initial subscription. The payment for this plan upgrade is not considered an eligible payment for additional commissions.
Note:
The referral program is designed to reward affiliates for bringing new paying customers to TMetric. Subsequent payments or upgrades by the same organization after the initial eligible payment do not qualify for additional commissions.
