Which plan should I choose?

Choose a plan based on your team's size and needs. The Professional plan is for individuals or small teams requiring basic time tracking, task management, and reporting. The Business plan is designed for larger teams with advanced reporting, workforce management, admin controls, integrations, and invoicing.

Is there a free trial, and what happens when it ends?

Yes, TMetric offers a 14-day fully featured free trial with the option to extend it for 7 days. When it ends, you can either switch to a paid plan (Pro or Business) or continue using the free version with limited features and 2 seats.

How do I pay for a plan?

  • Log in to your TMetric account. If you don't have one, sign up now.
  • On the main menu, click Workspace and select Subscription.
  • On the subscription page, click Upgrade Now.
  • Enter your team size, select a subscription plan, and click Proceed To Checkout.
  • On the shopping cart page, enter your Billing Information and select Payment Options.
  • Click Continue to place an order.

What if I have multiple workspaces?

If you have multiple workspaces in TMetric, you can manage subscriptions for each workspace separately. When you subscribe, you can choose to pay for each workspace individually or contact us - [email protected] for assistance in consolidating the billing.

Discounts may apply if the workspaces meet volume discount criteria or if you represent non-profit, educational, or government institutions.

I've bought a subscription, why wasn't my workspace upgraded?

When you purchase a subscription, it can take a while for your order to be processed (from several minutes to half an hour). If your workspace is not upgraded after half an hour, please write to [email protected].

Do I have to pay for myself even if I only monitor my employees?

Yes, a workspace owner should pay for using TMetric app, which provides many other features besides time tracking, for example, invoicing, billing and reporting.

Can I change my plan later?

As a workspace owner, you can modify, renew, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription at any time as needed. Please refer to the guide.

What if my team size changes?

If your team size changes, you can adjust the number of seats accordingly. Increase the number of seats for more users, or downgrade if your team size decreases.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

We offer a refund within 30 days of purchase for annual subscriptions and within 7 days of purchase for monthly subscriptions. For more information, read our Terms of Service.

Can I get help with onboarding or setup?

Yes, TMetric provides assistance with onboarding and setup. You can schedule a demo to walk through the features and get personalized help with the setup process.
