How to buy a subscription?
- Log in to your TMetric account. If you don't have one, sign up now.
- On the main menu, click Workspace and select Subscription.
- On the subscription page, click Upgrade Now.
- Enter your team size, select a subscription plan, and click Proceed To Checkout.
- On the shopping cart page, enter your Billing Information and select Payment Options.
- Click Continue to place an order.
Do you have volume discounts?
Yes, we provide volume discounts for big teams according to the following scheme:
● 10% for workspaces with 40 or more users;
● 20% for workspaces with 100 or more users;
● 30% for workspaces with 200 or more users;
● 40% for workspaces with 500 or more users.
The price will be automatically discounted when you proceed to the payment gateway.
Do you have discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we have. We offer special pricing for non-profit, educational, and government institutions. Please contact us via [email protected] to learn if you are eligible to receive the discount.
Do I have to pay for myself even if I only monitor my employees?
Yes, a workspace owner should pay for using TMetric app, which provides many other features besides time tracking, for example, invoicing, billing and reporting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can purchase a TMetric subscription with a credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, purchase order or web money.
I've bought a subscription, why my workspace wasn't upgraded?
When you purchase a subscription, it can take a while for your order to be processed (from several minutes to half an hour). If your workspace is not upgraded after half an hour, please write to [email protected].
How do I modify a subscription?
Only a workspace owner has the right to modify, renew, upgrade or downgrade a subscription. Please refer to the guide.
