Timesheet Email Notifications
TMetric sends an email notification each time a timesheet is submitted, withdrawn, approved or rejected. They are sent both to a member and a manager.
Email notifications allow managers to effectively control approval processes and track timesheet statuses. They also provide team members with valuable information about their timesheet submission.
A manager will receive an email notification:
- when a member submits his/her timesheet for approval
- if an employee withdraws his/her timesheet before it is approved or rejected
A team member will receive an email notification:
- after the manager approves his/her timesheet
- if the manager rejects his/her timesheet
These emails are also sent to a workspace owner and admins with the right to monitor team's work.
