Viewing and Editing Categories
All default and custom expense categories are available on the Expense Categories page. All categories are shown regardless of status, except those that have been deleted.
You can easily edit any expense category by clicking the overflow menu and selecting Edit from the drop-down list.
In the Edit Expense Category dialog, you can:
- Change a category name
- Enable or disable the This expense has a unit price checkbox
- Change the currency of the unit price
- Change the amount of the unit price
Note: Changing the Currency will not affect expenses that have already been created with this category. When changing the Amount value, the amount in the already created expenses is not automatically recalculated.
When finished, click the Save button, and the category will be updated.
