Sending Invoices
Here you will learn how to send an invoice to your client, once it is created.
To send an invoice
1. Go to Invoices in the sidebar menu.
2. Select a required invoice from the list of available invoices.
3. On the View Invoice page, click the Send Invoice button.
4. The form for sending the invoice opens.
5. View or edit the recipient’s email address, add CC recipients, modify the email subject and message, and choose whether to attach the invoice as a PDF.
6. When you're done, click the Send Invoice button.
7. Your client gets an email message with the invoice.
You can also send the invoice to your client via email. Export your invoice as a PDF, create an email message your mail service, and attach the PDF to it.
Once the invoice is sent or paid, you may assign a status to it by marking as Sent or Paid correspondingly. By default, it has a Draft status.
