Tracking Invoice Modifications

TMetric allows you to easily track all the changes made to an invoice. You can see who created the invoice, updated it, sent it to the client, and more.

Invoice activities are recorded and displayed in the Invoice History section below the invoice.

Note: This option is available to a workspace owner or an admin on the Business and Professional plans.

The events are displayed chronologically. The list includes all modifications made to an invoice, allowing you to easily track the billing workflow.

Invoice events include:

  • Invoice created
  • Invoice updated
  • Invoice sent
  • Invoice status changed
  • Attachment added/removed
  • Note added/removed/updated
  • Expense report added/removed
