How to Select Time Zone

Before tracking time, each user needs to specify his own time zone in their Profile Settings. We store this information in the database to correctly display the logged time.

To fix a time zone:

1. Click your name in the bottom left corner, and then click My Profile.
2. In the Time Zone field, select the time zone you need (a local one).
3. Click Save.

How to Change Your Email Address

If your email address is no longer appropriate, you can easily change it. For this, perform the steps below:

1. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then click My Profile.
2. In the Email field, enter the new email address you need. If you signed up with Google, you will also need to enter a password in the New Password field that will appear when you change the email.
3. Click Save. You are logged off from TMetric.
4. Log into your mailbox and confirm the email change. This email will be further used to login to TMetric.

How to Change Password

Whether you forget a password or want to change it for security reasons, TMetric allows you to do it fast:

1. Click your name in the bottom left corner and then click My Profile.

2. Click the Change password link at the bottom of the page. 

Note: If you signed up for TMetric with Google or Microsoft and did not set a password, you will see the Set password link. By clicking this link, you can set a password to log into TMetric.

3. Fill in the corresponding fields and click Save.

How to Reset Forgotten Password

If you are logged off from TMetric and you've forgotten your user account password, follow the steps below to quickly reset it:

1. On the Login page, click the Can’t Log In link.
2. Enter your email and click the Send Me a Reset Link button.
3. Login to your email account and click the Reset password button in the email with a reset link.
4. The Reset Password dialog opens where you should enter a new password, confirm it, and click the Reset button.
5. Once your password is reset, you can log in to your TMetric account again by clicking the Login link.

How to Сustomize Your Profile Picture

When you sign up for TMetric, your profile picture will be uploaded automatically either from Gravatar (if you sign up with an email address) or from Google account (if you used it to sign up). You will see our default profile image. And, TMetric allows you to set your custom avatar in three ways.
