Subscription and billing

Do you have discounts?

Yes, we have.

We offer special pricing for non-profit, educational, and government institutions. Please contact us via [email protected] to learn if you are eligible to receive the discount.

And, we provide volume discounts for big teams according to the following scheme:

  • 10% for workspaces with 40 or more users;
  • 20% for workspaces with 100 or more users;
  • 30% for workspaces with 200 or more users;
  • 40% for workspaces with 500 or more users.

The price will be automatically discounted when you proceed to the payment gateway.

How to buy a subscription?

  • Navigate to Workspace and click Subscription.
  • On the opened page, click the Choose Your Plan button.
  • Choose the team size.
  • Select the appropriate pay frequency (annually or monthly).
  • Choose the Business or Professional Plan.
  • Input your billing and payment information.
  • Click Place Order.

How to modify a subscription?

You can view and make changes to the current subscription in a secure manner if you are the workspace owner. You can adjust the billing term, add or remove users, and upgrade or downgrade the subscription. Additionally, you have the option of manually or automatically renewing your subscription.

How can I change my payment details?

You can easily update or delete credit card information in the user's personal area of 2Checkout (after registering there).

Where can I get invoices for my subscription?

Kindly note that all payment validation and processing is done by 2Checkout.

To view invoices for your subscription:

  • Log into your 2Checkout account.
  • In the Orders Overview list, click the required order number.
  • On the View details for order screen, you can see an invoice for your subscription.

How to unlock users after the free trial?

  • Navigate to Workspace and click Members.
  • Find an unnecessary user, click the menu next to the user, and select Lock Member.
  • Find a required user among the locked ones, click the menu button next to the user, and select Unlock Member.
